2-Year Commitment: Early termination fee of $20/mo. for each mo. remaining applies if you cancel early.
Included in 2-year price guarantee at $94.99 advertised price: America’s Top 120 programming package, local channels, and Hopper 3 Smart DVR for 1 TV.
Included in 2-year price guarantee for additional cost: Programming package equipment upgrades ($104.99 for AT120+ with a Hopper 3 and 1 additional TV included, $114.99 for AT200 with a Hopper 3 and 2 additional TVs included, $124.99 for AT250 with a Hopper 3 and 3 additional TVs included), monthly fees for upgraded or additional receivers ($5-7 per additional TV, receivers with additional functionality may be $10-15).
NOT included in 2-year price guarantee or advertised price (and subject to change): Taxes & surcharges, add-on programming (including premium channels), DISH Protect, and transactional fees.
After 2 years the then-market price for programming packages applies (currently $104.99/mo. for AT120, $109.99/mo. for AT120+, $119.99/mo. for AT200, $129.99/mo. for AT250) and equipment fees.
Other: All packages, programming, features, functionality, prices and fees (not included in price guarantee) are subject to change without notice. After 6 mos., if selected you will be billed $12.99/mo. for DISH Protect Silver unless you call to cancel. After 2 years, then-current everyday prices for all services apply.
